What I enjoy most about this photo – taken in the hallway of a former mental hospital – is that you cannot read what it says in red ink above the red (and thus important) light switch. You want to, of course. And when the image is small, you think that if you could only enlarge the photo you could see what clever or desperate thing a former patient scribbled on the bricks.
But you can’t.
